There are men — men in fine suits, men with polished words, men who have never once had to watch their child cough in the night — who are playing with nuclear fire as though it were dice on a pub table.
They call it strategy. They call it deterrence. I call it what it is: insanity.
They sit in their war rooms and think in megatons. But what is a megaton? It’s not just math. It’s not an abstract number on a chalkboard. It’s a town. It’s a family. It’s a mother hanging sheets on a line. It’s a farmer checking his stock. It’s a child in bed dreaming. A megaton is all of that — turned to ash in a single second.
The prophets of old declared: “The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God” (Psalm 14:1). I’ll add this: the fool says in his heart, “There is no consequence.”
These leaders have forgotten consequence. Forgotten that when you rattle the nuclear sabre, you’re not just risking soldiers and statesmen. You’re risking the very earth beneath your feet.
Some call it brinkmanship. I call it Russian roulette with all six chambers loaded.
Judgment or Madness?
But what if this nightmare is not merely the madness of men?
What if it is judgment from God?
What if He has given us over to the desires of our hearts, to reap what we have sown?
For generations, the West has mocked holiness, called good evil and evil good, and lifted up idols where altars once stood. We thought ourselves untouchable — too rich, too clever, too powerful to fall. But what if the freight train of judgment is already thundering down the track?
Sensible men and women would repent. They would clothe themselves in the modern sackcloth of humility, confession, and prayer. They would cry, “Lord, stay Your hand! Lord, have mercy!”
But where is that cry today? Who is fasting? Who is repenting? The answer is plain: almost none.
Therefore the conclusion is also plain: Judgment is coming. Not perhaps. Not maybe. But certainly.
What Must We Do?

Spiritually prepare. Repent. Set your heart right with God. Seek mercy while it may still be found.

Practically prepare. Look soberly at the world. Make provision for your family. Seek refuge — not only in stone and land, but in Christ, the only true refuge.
For if you hide in the mountains but your heart is far from God, you are no safer than if you stood in the blast itself. Yet if you stand with Him, even in the valley of the shadow of death, there is hope.
So hear it plain:
Prepare your soul. Prepare your family. Prepare your home.
The freight train is coming.
The time to get off the tracks is now.
