However, this does not mean that if you have an email address at www.theway.co.uk that you will loose this facility. All you have to do is to register with another well known ISP, and when you receive your user name and password you can change your settings so that you can receive your emails via "The Way", and send them via your new ISP. We recommend BT as they work with our configuration, and offer a good section of packages.Just go to www.btinternet.com and register for the best package that fits in with your current Internet use. Once you have registered with another ISP, please follow these instructions: Click on Outlook express, On the top bar you will find Tools, click on this, then accounts, click the mail tab at the top, then properties at the side, click the sever tab at the top. You will then see four white boxes. Cross out what is in the first white box where it says:Incoming mail (POP3) and put these numbers: 217.158.96.9 (remember to put the dots in) Under this box where is says Outgoing mail (SMTP) put your new ISP details: for example mail.btinternet.com then click apply at the bottom. After this click the connection tab and half way down you will see a tick box "Always connect to this account" On the right hand side there is another arrow, click on this and then click on your new ISP, which will bring this up to the top.
